Swimming Pool and Gymnasium, King Henry 8th School Coventry

A new swimming pool in the grounds of the school. A key technical feature of the project is the use of combined heat and power plant and energy recovery with excess electricity being used to supply other parts of the school with the facility to sell it back into the grid. This use of advanced ‘green’ technology is complemented by the striking architectural design featuring a sweeping roof and curtain walling giving a view of the adjoining school playing fields.
