The contract was for the remodelling of The Box at FarGo Village to include new acoustics, servery and bar, dressing rooms and the addition of first floor offices. The project was part funded by CWLEP

The requirement was to provide a new portal frame unit. The unit was to be completed to a stage in readiness for a client fit out as a trampoline park following practical completion of the project

The project combined the refurbishment of three of the biggest units at the Creative Quarter, to create one open-plan dining experience with an industrial vibe reflecting the history of the space, which was used as a car radiator factory by Coventry Motor Fittings for 60 years from the turn of the century.

Complex Development Projects acquired the former Coventry Telegraph newspaper headquarters, to deliver a high-quality boutique hotel.  An £18m investment with assistance from partners Coventry City Council and West Midlands Combined Authority has transformed the 1950s building into the new 88 individually designed air-conditioned bedrooms, meetings and events space for 140 people, a restaurant and a rooftop terrace, that is The Telegraph hotel.

The scheme was a mix of new build commercial units in 3 blocks of 2, 3 & 4 storey which also involved the demolition and clearance of redundant retail units on the site.

Located on Far Gosford Street the former industrial estate is being converted into a creative hub for an eclectic mix of artistic, independent, literary and edible outlets.
