The requirement was to provide upgraded and expanded teaching facilities for Coventry University’s Faculty of Business and Law in what was originally, in part, a former industrial building but is now a central part of the campus

The requirement was to provide a new teaching facility for the Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering Faculty extending across 2 buildings on multiple floors.  Harrabin Construction was the principal contractor with substantial contractor’s design portion including mechanical, electrical, partitions, ceilings, replacement roof and specialist FF&E.

This is a new project that we've undertaken at Birmingham University. Garth House is a refurbishment of the existing building, Grade 2 listed building.

The construction of the striking new school swimming pool facility, to compliment the conservation area, was successfully completed in the heart of an existing school environment and provide a CHP unit that feeds back into the school and electric grid.
