This is a new project that we've undertaken at Birmingham University. Garth House is a refurbishment of the existing building, Grade 2 listed building.
King Henry VIII School New Swimming Pool, Gymnasium and Associated Changing Rooms
New build
The construction of the striking new school swimming pool facility, to compliment the conservation area, was successfully completed in the heart of an existing school environment and provide a CHP unit that feeds back into the school and electric grid.
Priors Marston Free School
Reconstruction
Priors Free school is a locally listed 19th century stone built primary school which had a 1960’s extension that was no longer consider fit for purpose.
Warwick University – Institute of Education and Avon Building and Graduate Studies Refurbishment
Refurbishment
A challenging project which involved the refurbishment of the existing facilities in an occupied building to give both a major internal facelift and provide improved disabled facilities to the Institute of Education.
Warwick School Sports Pavilion
New Build
Opened by Lord Coe in March 2013 this new multi purpose sports pavilion was constructed over two floors and linked to newly constructed classrooms and medical center by a large glazed atrium stairwell connected to the existing changing rooms and swimming pool
