The requirement was to provide 6 new apartments and ground-floor commercial spaces. This was undertaken by the extensive conversion of the existing office facilities, which previously consisted of small individual meeting rooms and large open plan office spaces with existing bathrooms located at each end of the units.

Harrabin Construction were engaged as principal Contractor to deliver the project. The requirement was to provide 13 new apartments, this was undertaken by the extensive conversion of the existing HMO facility.

The requirement was to deliver 25,000 sq. ft new-build apartments comprising 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed apartments plus on-site parking bays with electric car charger point. The scheme included 8 No duplex apartments and 9 apartments had their own dedicated terrace or balcony area as outdoor living space.
